How many people have throat cancer due to smoking marijuana?

My friend has smoked cannabis for 15 years. He and I will do for him to acquire the throat and lung cancer. What do you think are the possibilities and how many people have found the throat and lung cancer due snuff consumption of marijuana?

Not one cancer case in the history of the beet attributed to the use of marijuana. This is due to causes not cancer. In fact, marijuana has been proven to cure cancer (see sources). Marijuana does not cause heart disease, emphysema and other diseases related to snuff. A myth is commonly THT admitted marijuana equal to a certain number of cigarettes, but clearly not.
