Free distribution of CDs to quit smoking?

Hello, for personal reasons, I want to help people improve one aspect of their lives. I decided use my skills as a therapist to create a CD to stop smoking, they will distribute freely to all those who want a copy. I was wondering if you knew about the legal complications that could run in to do this? Also, if you could share some creative ways to distribute it would be great!
