How can you add the startup programs in Windows Defender?

I accidentally deleted most of my startup programs, and there is little to I want to return. When you open the Windows Defender to add again, the only programs that have demonstrated that are currently running. I do not see a button to show all other programs. I tried to go directly to a software (that a quit meter that detects the time since I stopped smoking), and I find no way to add startup programs in the program, either.
