I want to quit?

I started smoking when I was 11 I am now twenty years, I have tried several times to stop, but the minute something happens to me I run to Ciggie stress. I smoke about 20 on average per day sometimes less and sometimes more. Need advice frompeople really struggled with it and how managed to enter it. Idont wants to test patches or gum or something, I just want to stop naturally. please please help me
