How many poeple quit cold turkey?

thumbs up for yes and thumbs down is not very good. I tried to stop smoking before, try cold turkey, and aromatherapy is not successful. I have several reasons to quit smoking and I will, but I have a good due to smoke and only need one cigarette. Smoking for 10 years, I shot at 6.10 per day, but I'm still very addicted, I feel like mentally and physically I really need each cogaretts. Please help!

I do not – it has been difficult, had to sit on my hands a lot. Interestingly, when I started I tried to replace thirsty water, and it worked. Of course water has helped to eliminate the chemicals in my system, so that was a bonus too.
