How time for their lungs to recover after having smoked a cigar?

Still in progress and I'm back again smoker. I stopped smoking for about six months, but recently binges in Newport again. Since I left, I had the opportunity to travel without fatigue better (duh!). But I wonder if not an exact science statistics on how long it takes for your lungs to recover, or if it varies by individual. I'm fairly active, I run five days a week for four or five miles a shot. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Excuse me, I said the wrong cigarettes. Oooops

My husband decided to quit in June '06. Your doctor xray his lungs. His doctor asked him to return in 4 weeks to check his breathing. When he heard her breathing, said he did could say that his breathing was much better. Xray also his lungs and we could see improvement there. I really do not think the execution refrain smoking damages your lungs, the race is much more seriously.
