smoking diseases

How long does it take to develop related diseases and snuff?
I am in my teens and smoking were quite regularly (eg, some cigarettes, most weekends) for about a year. Please do not fulminate against me on the dangers of smoking – now I see that in reality is not as cold as I thought it was, and I think to leave because I definitely am not addicted yet – and I want to before it is too late. But I wonder if possible they might have caught a few smoking initiation or disease-related problems this year? "Rather anxious and sad. What is the difference in my body today, this time last year when I do not smoke. I am also trying to regain form – it will be impossible for me to get as fit as was before smoking? The thing is I'm only smoking for one year. It is time for the roots of a disease that is set? I wonder if I went too late for an abortion.
You are always a slightly higher risk of developing lung disease, but if you quit now, will (hopefully) and just be relevant. Everyone has some risk factors, and smoking for one year is not very different from working or living somewhere with air quality is bad. Almost all the damage that has done to your body correct itself within a few months after leaving, especially since young and have not smoked for decades. It's too late! If you quit now, you will be almost indistinguishable from a person who has never smoked at this time next year.
